- A native of Boulder, Colorado, Sydney Solis is a mother, householder yogini, storyteller, poet, artist, activist and yoga teacher. Since 2003 her pioneering work and trainings in Mythic Yoga have used the body as a self-reflective tool for memoir writing and self-awareness for the transformational process. She founded the League of Yogic Storytellers and Storytime Yoga® for Kids, teaching peace, heath and literacy to improve the lives of children and families worldwide.
